Include these details
Vessel make and model, approximate length, marina and berth, authorised contact, required timing, known symptoms and recent work. Do not send access codes or sensitive ownership documents in an initial email.
Assessment process
- We review the request and service location.
- We clarify access, system and safety information.
- Where appropriate, we propose an inspection or defined task scope.
- Costs, timing and authorisation limits are agreed before attendance.
- Findings and next actions are reported to the nominated contact.
